TC series welding heads are especially designed for self-fusion welding of tubes without filler wire; the thickness of tubes normally covers from 0.5mm to 3mm, and weldable tube diameter covers a range from 6.35 mm to 168.3 mm (ANSI 1/8“ to 6 5/8").

AutoCar system is designed for pipe to pipe butt-joint TIG orbital welding. To select different size of tracks to cover the applicable pipe OD range from 250mm to 830mm. The system has AVC/OSC funtion to accomplish the welding job of petroleum gas pipeline on field.

Boilers and heat exchangers are used in all kinds of industries, whereas the tube to tube sheet orbital welding equipment is found in the plants of the chemical or petrochemical industries and in electric power stations. TP060 weld head covers tube OD from 16mm to 60mm (up to 89mm with modification).

GTX53 system is specially designed for tube to flange/tube TIG welding. The torch angle can be adjusted from flat to vertical position to fulfill multi-position welding. It also has wire feeding and AVC/OSC function, mostly used in hydraulic pipe welding of construction machinery. 

Open welding heads are conceived as a tool for orbital TIG pipe to pipe welding with or without filler wire/bevel/groove. The weldable thickness of pipes covers from 3mm to 16mm. The diameter of the pipes to be welded covers a range from 19.05 mm up to 324 mm (ANSI 3/4" to 12 3/4").

GTX200 system has wire feeding, AVC/OSC function and can perform single position welding. The chuck can be adjusted from flat position to vertical position, and the clamping  OD range is from 20mm - 300mm.
